Shipping your cards

• Ship any vaulted card, any time — consolidate as many as you like into one box.
• Free shipping when a shipment's total card value clears $100; otherwise the carrier rate you pick is charged to your wallet.
• All shipments are tracked and dispatched from Chicago, IL.
• New accounts: accounts younger than 7 days ship after a 72-hour security hold (fraud/chargeback mitigation). You'll see the exact release time when you request the shipment.

Returns & refunds

• Unripped packs: refundable to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase.
• Ripped packs: final. A specific serialized physical card was allocated to you when the outcomes were decided.
• Shipped cards: all sales final; cards are photographed and condition-noted before dispatch. Arrived damaged? Contact support within 7 days with photos.
• Prefer not to ship at all? Instant sell-back credits your wallet at the value shown at rip time — see your vault.
